Job summary

Marlen International, headquartered in Riverside, MO, seeks an organized Warehouse Associate to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will manage receipts, shipments, and order fulfillment while maintaining accurate records and safe, efficient operations.

The role requires two years of related experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of related warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems.
• Understanding of materials flow and relationships to warehouse activities and customer orders.
• Knowledge of inventory management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries accurately, both physically and in the system.
• Process shipments cost-effectively and timely.
• Support purchasing in processing item returns to suppliers as needed.
• Build crates to ship finished units per Marlen standards.
• Fulfill order requests to support shop teams promptly.
• Monitor and move product during production.
• Store product with organized storage locations and updated databases.
• Prepare products for shipment and direct movement to staging areas.
