Job summary

Marlen International, headquartered in Riverside, MO, seeks an experienced warehouse associate for shipping/receiving. You will perform accurate receipt of deliveries, process shipments, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience, and forklift familiarity. You will build crates, move products, maintain records, and help maintain a safe, orderly workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience in warehouse/shipping.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to operate safely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries accurately, both physically and in the system.
• Process shipments in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Assist with item returns to suppliers as needed.
• Build crates to ship finished units per Marlen standards.
• Fulfill order requests to support shop staff.
• Move products by monitoring production and loading.
• Store products and update location database.
• Prepare products for shipment and direct to staging.
• Coordinate movement from production to warehouse shipping.
• Verify inventory reports and adjust entries.
