Job summary

Fujifilm Cellular Dynamics in Madison, WI is seeking a hands-on Logistics Associate to support shipping and receiving, picking and packing, inventory control, and warehouse labeling in a regulated environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accept packages, fill delivery worksheets in Excel, track COAs, label and store GMP material.
• Receive materials, create labels, and prepare for QA inspection.
• Package and label materials for shipping across global distribution per regulatory requirements.
• Enter and maintain data in SAP to support operations.
• Check and file packing slips; maintain inventory accuracy for replenishment.
• Assist with order supplies and other duties as assigned.
