Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant logistics experience with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
• DOT and IATA certification – or the ability to obtain.
• Operational capability to work with ERP solutions, ideally SAP.
• Demonstrated proficiency multitasking under aggressive timelines with accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Accept packages from couriers, fill delivery worksheets in Excel, track CofAs from vendors, label and store GMP materials, and deliver to appropriate parties.
• Receive materials, process and create labels, and prepare materials for QA inspection.
• Package and label materials for shipping using carrier software for global distribution and regulatory adherence.
• Enter and maintain data in SAP to ensure data integrity for operations.
• Check and file packing slips.
• Store and maintain inventory for accurate location and counts.
• Unlock bulk tank gate and fill bulk tank acceptance form.
• Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
