Job summary

FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Laboratory Support Specialist to help keep laboratories safe, organized, and fully stocked. You will manage inventory, place orders, stock supplies, and assist across multiple sites while upholding safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two years relevant work experience or associate degree in science
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• Driver license and ability to drive locally between laboratories
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE as required

Responsibilities

• Provide lab support for scientific personnel and overall operations
• Place orders, maintain inventory, and stock supplies
• Organize and store daily shipments in line with inventory management and safety standards
• Perform equipment maintenance including minor repairs and cleaning
• Autoclave, neutralize, or prepare bio-hazardous waste for disposal
• Help maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate activities and supplies across multiple laboratories and sites
