Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software (50% of workday).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments per work instructions and customer requirements.
• Verify and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, PO).
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, distribute materials.
• Report and resolve issues such as shortages, damaged goods, or non-conformance.
• Use SAP and carrier systems to manage shipping/receiving transactions and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Unpack and repack specialized materials and maintain organization of shipping/receiving areas.
• Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory levels; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
