Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc (us) is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to fulfill orders, pack, verify parts, and keep daily warehouse operations efficient. You will support the team in meeting daily goals and deadlines, including receiving, shipping, and inventory upkeep.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; strong communication and computer skills are essential for email management and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant/technical work experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers, basic word editing, inventory sheets, and email management.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection by verifying serial numbers, part numbers, damage, capabilities, and revisions.
• Manage holds (customer, engineering, quality) and communicate with customer service and internal team.
• Perform shipping duties, verify P/Ns, damage, shipping instructions, addresses; prepare invoices and airway bills; coordinate carriers.
• Verify RO matches materials being shipped; communicate with customer service for incomplete docs or discrepancies.
• Adhere to quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain warehouse upkeep and inventory.
