• Remove any unnecessary product labels and/or work orders.
• Repack order boxes to the appropriate size when needed.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and work to resolve them.
• Sort orders by carrier and ship method.
• Identify picking errors and redirect to the correct pick zone.
• Gather extra product found in orders to be returned to inventory.
• Close carriers daily at the scheduled time.
• Meet production standards during peak season.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and stock supplies.
