You will operate printing equipment, clear jams, load jobs, and monitor quality to guarantee accurate, on-time output. The role includes warehouse tasks, basic inventory duties, and cross-training across functions. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with potential overtime; successful candidates must pass pre-hire screenings, including background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Starting wage of $17.00 per hour and pre-hire screenings are required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility for seasonal overtime and weekend work.
• Experience with warehouse tasks and basic machine operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, calibrate and perform minor repairs on print-related equipment.
• Load, run and unload print jobs, guiding the print process.
• Adjust machine settings for different job requirements and paper sizes.
• Check print quality and ensure all components are present before finishing.
• Monitor supplies (paper, toner) and manage inventory during operation.
• Pack and label products for shipment and ensure on-time completion.
• Train others in machine operations and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety policies and company guidelines and assist with other duties.
