Job summary

Kinedyne LLC is seeking a Warehouse Shipper to ensure orders are pulled accurately and prepared for shipment. You will verify parts, quantities, weights, and dimensions, then palletize and label shipments following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation accuracy, reporting discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts while adhering to company procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide).
• Must be functionally literate in English.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow shipping documentation and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders accurately using provided sales work.
• Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order.
• Record accurate weights and dimensions for all orders pulled.
• Complete pallet process including shrink wrap and address labels.
• Report nonconformances or discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain safety, product handling and shipping best practices.
• Package materials securely per safety and quality procedures.
• Follow documented procedures and visual controls for consistent quality.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Apply correct pallet labeling and ensure traceability requirements.
• Perform additional duties as defined by Warehouse Supervisor.
• Verify and reject shipments not meeting requirements; elevate issues.
• Sign off on outbound shipments after final inspection and documentation.
