Job summary

Kinedyne LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pull and prepare customer orders for shipment at our Ashville, OH facility. You will ensure accuracy in parts, quantities, weights, and dimensions, and you will label and palletize orders per established procedures.

The role requires safety-conscious handling, ability to follow documented processes, and readiness to participate in audits and continuous improvement activities. A forklift/pallet jack license and basic lifting ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide).
• Must be functionally literate in English.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow shipping documentation and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders accurately using provided sales work.
• Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order.
• Record accurate weights and dimensions for all orders pulled.
• Complete pallet process including shrink wrap and address labels.
• Report nonconformances or discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.

Job description

To ensure all customer orders are packaged, labeled, and staged for shipment accurately and safely, in accordance with documented company.

Responsibilities

• Use provided sales work to accurately pull all customer orders.
• Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order.
• Provide accurate weights and dimensions are recorded for all orders pulled.
• Correctly complete the pallet process to include shrink wrap and address labels application.
• Report any nonconformances or order discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety, product handling, and shipping best practices.
• Prepare shipments by securely packaging materials in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
• Follow all documented procedures, standard work, and visual controls to ensure consistent quality.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities as required.
• Apply correct pallet labeling and ensure compliance with product identification and traceability requirements
• Perform any additional duties as defined by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Authority to verify and reject any shipment not meeting quality, quantity, or labeling requirements.
• Authority to elevate nonconforming materials or shipping process issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Authority to sign off on outbound shipments after final inspection and confirmation against order documentation.
• Authority to initiate corrections to ERP (D365) shipping records when errors are identified.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide.)

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow shipping documentation and instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum Skills Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate vehicle license (forklift/pallet jack) as required.
• Must be able to carry/lift to 50lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and lifting.
