Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and ensure accurate shipments. You will operate equipment as needed and maintain data records per SOPs.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced distribution environment. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, this role emphasizes accuracy, physical stamina, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within a leading 3PL provider focused on continuous improvement and customer

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Pass Background and Drug Screen.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Pick orders for shipment accurately.
Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL.
Operate forklift or order picker if required.
Label and track shipments and print labels.
Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
Participate in inventory/cycle counts.
