Qualifications

• Must perform basic math operations accurately.
• Ability to read and follow shipping instructions and documentation.
• High school diploma or GED required; forklift/pallet jack operation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders accurately using provided sales work.
• Verify correct parts and quantities for each order.
• Record accurate weights and dimensions for orders pulled.
• Complete pallet process including shrink wrap and label application.
• Report nonconformances to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with safety, handling and shipping procedures.
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging per procedures.
• Follow standard work and visual controls to ensure quality.
• Participate in internal audits and improvement activities.
• Label pallets correctly and ensure product traceability.
• Sign off on outbound shipments after final inspection.
• Initiate corrections in ERP shipping records when needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.
