Aerotek is hiring a Sheet Metal Deburring Technician in Kent, WA for a contract-to-hire on-site role. You will deburr, grind, sand, and finish sheet metal parts to precise aerospace specs, reading blueprints and using precision tools.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Perform deburring, grinding, sanding, and polishing on metal components.
• Use powered hand tools (grinders/sanders) safely.
• Verify dimensions with micrometers/calipers.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/drawings to determine finishing processes.
• Deburr, grind, sand, and polish sheet metal components with powered tools.
• Use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate tumblers; load/unload hopper to support production.
