Job summary

Truline Industries, a precision aerospace manufacturer in Wickliffe, Ohio, is seeking a Deburring Technician to work on-site. You will remove burrs, fix imperfections, and ensure safety and tight tolerances while following aerospace quality standards.

The role follows a Monday–Thursday schedule with overtime on Fridays and a starting pay of $22/hour, with raises based on performance and a robust benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) matching, dental, eye exams, and PTO after year one.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to perform work under ITAR/EAR regulations; U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person status required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to sit at a workstation for 10 hours a day.
• Wearing proper PPE including safety glasses and masks.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to finish machined parts to precise tolerance and quality.
• File and blend damage while maintaining surface quality.
• Record part data in the computer system.
• Communicate with other departments to assist production flow.
• Follow all aerospace quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Read, interpret, and carry out technical instructions.
• Maintain part quotas while upholding quality.
