Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Deburr Technician to remove burrs from machined metal parts and ensure conformance to customer specifications and aerospace quality standards. The role requires reading shop blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and operating grinders and similar hand tools for finishing.

ITAR compliance and on-site work in Tulsa, OK are required. Eligible candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1 year of production/manufacturing experience preferred; vocational training may be considered in lieu of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Select finish type per work instruction and inspect finish quality.
• Operate grinders and tools to remove burrs and blend surfaces.
• Perform metal blending (steel, aluminum, Mg, Ti) and create radii by hand.
• Follow prints and specs; select methods/tools to comply with specs.
• Inspect equipment and report issues; perform maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Attend on-site regularly and follow supervisor instructions.
