Job summary

PacAero is seeking a Deburr Technician I to join our Wenatchee, WA team. The role requires reading basic blueprints, using deburring tools, and ensuring parts meet surface finish and edge break specs. You will collaborate with operators and supervisors to address defects and maintain high quality.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, able to communicate effectively, and committed to safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading blueprints and using deburring tools.
• Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and verify surface finish and edge break requirements.
• Operate a wide range of deburr tools and identify burrs on various materials.
• Log and track completed parts and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to address defects.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
