Bearon Manufacturing LLC in Landisville, PA is seeking a Screw Machinist to join our team. You will set up and run production equipment, refine programming capabilities, and contribute to Dixon products in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior machining experience preferred; entry-level encouraged.
• Willingness to learn machine programming logic over time.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.
• Stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Set up, configure, and operate screw machines to produce precision components.
• Identify and resolve machine or programming issues on the fly.
• Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative care.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team across rotating shop assignments.
