Job summary

Bearon Manufacturing LLC, a U.S.-based precision components company, is seeking a CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing floor in Landisville, PA. You will set up, operate, and maintain a CNC Hydmech Saw along with mills and lathes to produce precision components and meet drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background in machining or manufacturing is required.
• Previous CNC operator or machine operator experience preferred.
• Trade school education in mechanics or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and shop mathematics skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a CNC Hydmech Saw, as well as CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal components.
• Safely transport raw materials to and from the saw station.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet drawing specifications and adjust as needed.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Take on rotating assignments including manual operations and assembly tasks.
• Work safely with co-workers and follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in training to learn Bearon's manufacturing processes and CNC programming.
