Bearon Manufacturing LLC is seeking a CNC Saw Operator at our Landisville, PA facility. You will set up and operate a CNC Hydmech Saw, along with CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal components.

Responsibilities include material handling, quality inspection, and routine maintenance while adhering to safety rules. The role includes rotating tasks and potential training to expand CNC programming skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background in machining or manufacturing is required.
• Previous experience as CNC operator, machine operator, or mechanic is highly preferred.
• Trade school education in mechanics, automotive, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and maintain a CNC Hydmech Saw, as well as CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal components.
• Safely transport raw materials to and from the saw station.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet drawing specifications and adjust as needed.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Take on rotating assignments including manual operations and assembly tasks.
• Work safely with co-workers and follow all safety protocols.
