Bearon Manufacturing LLC, a Dixon Group affiliate, seeks a Screw Machinist in Landisville, PA. You will set up and run screw machines, program refinement, and produce high-quality Dixon components in a safety-first environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical skills and are eager to learn machining programming; entry-level applicants are welcome. Shift is 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong hands-on mechanical skill; machining experience preferred but entry-level encouraged.
• Read blueprints, use hand tools, and apply shop mathematics with precision instruments.
• Positive, team-first attitude with exceptional attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and operate screw machines to produce precision components.
• Identify and resolve machine or programming issues to improve performance.
• Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines safe and reliable.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work with the team to meet production goals.
