Driv-Lok, Inc. is seeking a Davenport screw machine setup technician to prepare and run multi-spindle Davenport equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

You will select materials, install tooling, lubricate, and document outputs, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-moving manufacturing area. You will verify dimensions using precision instruments, log results in SPC charts, and collaborate with supervision, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 1–3 years of related experience.
• Able to read, write, and apply simple shop mathematics.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run Davenport screw machines to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Interpret shop drawings and process sheets to guide setup and inspection.
• Use precision measuring instruments; perform attribute and SPC charting.
• Document lot splits and complete job card/scanner inputs accurately.
• Lubricate, clean, and remove chips on assigned machines daily.
• Select tools and materials; perform minor machine maintenance and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot routine issues; partner with supervisor, engineering, and maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to safety procedures.
• Support other machines as needed.
