Responsibilities

• Set up and run Davenport screw machines to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Interpret shop drawings and process sheets to guide setup and inspection.
• Use precision measuring instruments and log results in SPC charts.
• Lubricate, clean, and remove chips daily; adjust tooling as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and collaborate with supervision, engineering, and maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards; support other machines as needed.
