Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run screw machines, producing precision metal components. You will read drawings, adjust tooling, perform quality checks, and diagnose issues while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role supports continuous improvement with a 4x10 schedule (Mon–Thu 4:50am–3:20pm). Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1+ year warehouse/assembly experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable using basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse or assembly experience.
• Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and verify accuracy of parts produced.
• Set-up, adjust and operate multiple spindle automatic screw machines to finish parts to close tolerances.
• Work cross-functionally with other stations.
• Use calibrated precision measuring tools as necessary.
• Assist with diagnosing tooling and operating difficulties.
• Perform quality inspection on first and subsequent in-process pieces.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
