Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run screw machines, producing precision metal components to print. You will monitor quality, adjust tooling, and perform light maintenance with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires basic hand tool use, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior warehouse/assembly experience. Schedule is 4X10, Mon–Thu, starting early in the morning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate the machine and verify accuracy of parts produced.
• Set-up, adjust and operate multiple spindle automatic screw machines to finish tight tolerances.
• Work cross-functionally with other stations.
• Use calibrated precision measuring tools as necessary.
• Assist with diagnosing tooling and operating difficulties.
• Perform prescribed quality inspection on first and in-process pieces.
• Maintain safety procedures and clean, organized workspace.
