Responsibilities

• Operate screw machines: load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips.
• Perform setup on screw machines: tooling changes, tool sharpening, and adjustments to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Ensure conformance with quality specifications.
• Assist other operators with tool changes, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assist in training others on operation and setup of screw machines.
