Torrey Holistics in Loves Park, IL is seeking a High-Volume Precision Screw Machine Specialist. You will operate multi-spindle screw machines to blueprint and router requirements, delivering consistent, high-quality output.

You monitor conditions, fine‑tune feeds and tooling, perform in‑process inspections, and record production and quality data. The role requires 3+ years of screw machine experience, reading engineering drawings, and using micrometers and calipers.

If you are energized by tight tolerances, repeatable output, and doing it safely every time, this role is for you.The challengeAt 6 am you step to your Acme multi-spindle. You confirm the setup, verify the first piece with micrometers and calipers, and lock in the process window. As production runs, you fine-tune feeds and tooling to hold spec, document results, partner with quality on any nonconformance, and keep the cell clean and organized.
