Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate the screed on an asphalt paving machine.

• Understand paving prep, grades, drainage, patterns, and compaction.
• Perform routine maintenance and report major issues.
