Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years equipment operating experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate screed equipment to control the thickness and smoothness of asphalt or concrete layers.
• Monitor material flow and adjust to ensure consistent paving results.
• Read and interpret job specifications, blueprints, and grades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of screed equipment.
• Work closely with the paver operator and ground crew to ensure accurate paving operations.
