Job summary

The position offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour, daytime shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and opportunities to advance through hands-on training, tooling changes, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Experience reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Set up, operate, and maintain various saws.
• Cut raw materials to precise specifications.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished products.
• Process job orders through the Made2Manage (M2M) system.
• Report specification or tolerance issues to supervision.
• Complete inspection records and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
