48forty Solutions is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Fontana, CA. You will set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood pallets for pallet creation, essential to the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction or related fields preferred.
• Quick hands with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
