Mayfran International, based in Mayfield, Ohio, is hiring a Saw Operator for the 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM). You will cut materials with saws, read basic blueprints, and ensure quality while following safety procedures.

The role offers day-one benefits, 2 weeks vacation, an on-site health clinic and fitness center, plus a 401(k) with matching. Starting wage is $21.96/hour with a potential 90-day increase; post-90 days $22.75/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sawing equipment to cut materials accurately.
• Must follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Ability to interpret basic measurements and blueprints.
• Proven reliability and attention to detail in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate various saw machines to cut raw materials and bar stock to required sizes.
• Follow bills of materials and supervisor instructions for stock needs and procedures.
• Feed and remove material manually or with crane, keeping process within quality standards.
• Inspect sawn pieces and ensure they meet specified tolerances.
