Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff in daily work, including planned and unplanned activities.
• Staffing, scheduling and disciplinary actions as required.
• Coordinate maintenance with operations staff and use CMMS to schedule and track activities.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and handle unscheduled repairs.
• Ensure staff adheres to all safety and food safety policies.
