• Experience as an Inspection Finisher or Rewind Operator preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy.

• Willingness to learn printing machinery/software.

Responsibilities

• Operate rewind machinery to produce finished reels to specification.
• Load master reels and set up machines according to job requirements.
• Select, fit, and calibrate mandrels, cores, and blades to customer specs.
• Use AVT inspection systems to identify and remove substandard print.
• Maintain consistent reel quality throughout production runs.
• Ensure reels are correctly labelled and traceable.
• Carry out line clearance and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Perform basic maintenance and calibration of equipment.
