Inovar Packaging Group LLC in Fishers, IN is seeking a Rewind Machine Operator – Label Printing to support our fast-paced manufacturing line. You will operate an upright rewinder, inspect for quality, and ensure specifications are met before final processing or shipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic repairs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing setting.
• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewinding equipment per job specs.
• Perform visual inspection of finished rolls to ensure they meet customer specs.
• Identify defects to maintain product quality.
• Perform light maintenance and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate major needs.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and roll lifts.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment per policies.
• Communicate with managers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support process improvements to reduce waste.
