Responsibilities

• Operate rewind machinery to produce finished reels to specification.
• Load master reels and set up machines according to job requirements.
• Select, fit, and calibrate mandrels, cores, and blades to customer specs.
• Use AVT inspection systems to identify and remove substandard print.
• Maintain consistent reel quality throughout production runs.
• Ensure reels are correctly labelled and traceable.
• Carry out line clearance and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Perform basic maintenance and calibration of equipment.

Shift: Monday to Friday (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 rotating)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Rewind Operator to join a busy production team in Mansfield. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality finishing by inspecting, slitting, and rewinding printed reels to customer specifications. You’ll be working with precision equipment, maintaining standards, and supporting smooth workflow within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rewind machinery to produce finished reels to specification
• Load master reels and set up machines according to job requirements
