Job summary

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trays into the retort oven, loading menus, scheduling workload, monitoring PSI, temperature, and water flow, logging batches, and ensuring accuracy of logs during the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must meet required job specific training located in Training Register.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trays of food into the retort oven.
• Load the appropriate recipe on the retort oven from on-screen menus.
• Schedule workload for retort oven operations.
• Monitor pressure (PSI), temperature (°F), and water flow (GPM) and adjust as needed.
• Log each batch with start/stop times and loading counts.
• Verify logs for accuracy during the shift.
• Perform other duties as listed on SWES and training register.
