Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trays into the retort oven.
• Load the appropriate recipe by selecting menus on a LCD screen.
• Schedule workload in loading the retort ovens.
• Monitor cooking gauges (PSI, degrees Fahrenheit, water flow) and adjust as needed.
• Log batches, loading counts, and maintain the retort log and batch sheet for computer entry.
• Verify log sheets for accuracy during and after shifts.
• Perform other duties as listed on SWES and training register.
