Zusammenfassung

Takeform is seeking a Receiving Associate to help keep inventory accurate and the receiving area organized. You'll receive, unload, inspect shipments, verify against POs, and record data in our inventory system.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, able to operate warehouse equipment including a forklift, and works well with teammates. A high school diploma is required; certifications in logistics are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications welcomed.
• Warehouse/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus; willing to operate forklift.
• Ability to use basic inventory management software.

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery docs.
• Record and document incoming goods in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare receiving reports and related documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and follow safety procedures.
