eFulfillment Service is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to process and document client merchandise as it arrives and moves through the warehouse. You will ensure accurate data entry for quantities, weights, and locations, while maintaining smooth communication with supervisors and the team.

This role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Organized and efficient with good time management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Computer experience with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Inspect items received and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Enter quantities, weight, dimensions, and locations into the control panel.
• Communicate with Supervisor about discrepancies or damaged items.
• Refer to receiving instructions in reference materials.
• Label merchandise and move to staging area for placement in warehouse.
• Maintain accurate billing flow for each client.
• Coordinate with Receiving/Returns Supervisor to resolve returns issues.
• Perform duties with or without direct supervision.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Adhere to company policies and encourage peers to do the same.
• Operate equipment in Receiving Department and use the computer system.
