Job summary

Specs Family Partners seeks a diligent Receiving Associate to manage inventory from receipt to stocking. You will verify shipments against POs and invoices using an RF scanner, inspect for damage, log issues, and ensure accurate counts before stocking.

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds, with shifts including Fridays or Saturdays for full-time availability. You will maintain neat receiving and stock areas, support transfers, and follow safety regulations (OSHA).

Qualifications

• Experience in retail receiving preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow invoices, PO, and packing lists.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against POs and invoices using RF scanner.
• Receive drop-shipped deliveries and stock items.
• Inspect for breakage and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain neat and orderly receiving and stock areas; prepare for inventory.
• Log invoices and transfers; communicate issues to AP.
• Assist in transfers and inventory-related tasks.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
