Job summary

PACKRITE LLC in High Point, NC is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving associate. You will perform forklift operations, inspect equipment, and ensure accurate loading, unloading, and documentation of shipments.

Responsibilities include using Radius software, maintaining records for GMP/ISO-like standards, and supporting continuous improvement while upholding safety policies. Must be able to use Excel, Word, and scanners daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of forklift operating experience.
• Proven forklift experience list on resume is required and clamp truck experience highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, scanner systems).
• Strong experience using handheld scanners.
• Experience of using warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report faults or safety concerns to the Shipping/Receiving/Logistics Manager.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and assist with minor troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Complete trailer inspection checklists prior to loading/unloading trucks entering the facility.
• Safely load/unload products using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Complete shipping/receiving checklists for every order.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure loads are secured, with photos of outbound shipments.
