The role combines hands-on receiving with analytical inventory control to support efficient operations and minimize discrepancies across ERP and warehouse systems. The position requires 5+ years in receiving or related field, experience with ERP/WMS, barcode/RF tech, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in receiving, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management software.
• Proficiency with barcode scanning and RF technology.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against orders and packing slips.
• Record receipt transactions in ERP (Epicor).
• Label, organize, and store materials in warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics on discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Maintain receiving documentation and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and maintain inventory records.
