Qualifications

6+ months experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.
Able to work in a team or alone.
Able to follow oral and written instructions.
Able to organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
High School diploma or equivalent; reading blueprints and schematics preferred.

Responsibilities

Assembles and grinds products such as carbon and stainless steel, or aluminum.
Uses hand tools such as wrenches, electric tools, ratchets, saws, presses, drills and tape measures.
Monitors output and proper operation of mechanical equipment.
Adjusts parts to ensure quality requirements are met.
Conducts regular inspections of parts produced through measurements.
Reads drawings and follows production standards.
Ensures safety and housekeeping standards are met and maintained.
