Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector in Mountain View, CA, responsible for in-process, final, and receiving inspection of PCBAs, parts, and assemblies. You will review documentation, use precision measuring tools, and ensure product conformance to customer specifications.

The role requires hands-on inspection experience, IPC/J-STD fundamentals, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to document and report quality issues.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Able to use calipers, micrometers, pin gages, optical comparator.
• Able to multitask and cross-train in multiple QA areas.
• Experience with MIL-STD-883 or IPC/ J-STD-001 based inspections is preferred.
• Experience with Nonconformance Reports systems (Agile, Arena, TIPQA, TeamCenter).

Responsibilities

• Review documentation and inspect products for compliance with customer requirements.
• Inspect parts, sub-assemblies, and final products for conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing on quality discrepancies.
• Perform Receiving, In-process and Final QA inspections and related tasks.
