Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform in-process, sampling and final inspections of electronic parts and assemblies, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and workmanship standards.

The role supports continuous improvement with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams and helps maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-PRF standards. High attention to detail and 3–5 years of inspection experience are required.

Qualifications

• General understanding of Manufacturing Production Processes - required.
• Willingness to learn new operations - required.
• Personal computer skills including email, record keeping, routine database activities - required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy - required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills - required.
• Skillful product knowledge and problem-solving skills - required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years electronic inspection - required.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-PRF-38534 and customer requirements.
• Perform in-process, sampling and final inspection of electronic parts and assemblies.
• Review quality records and inspection data for compliance with specifications.
• Assist with receiving inspection and approve incoming materials.
• Complete acceptance prior to shipment and support customer inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
