Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform in-process and final inspections on electronic assemblies, ensuring conformance to quality standards. You will document results, verify traceability, and report nonconforming material.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years manufacturing experience in inspection of electronic assemblies.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Entry level to advanced computer knowledge.
• Ability to determine acceptance/rejection criteria and perform related inspections.
• Experience in a clean room environment preferred.
• Adhere to established quality, safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible/adaptable to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on assemblies (mount, bond, solder, coat, mark, can weld and seal).
• Document inspection results and maintain traceability records.
• Identify and report nonconforming material per procedures; support audits.
• Verify product identification, traceability, and configuration during inspection.
• Communicate quality issues promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Support cross-training and development across product lines.
