Job summary

Sierra Circuits, a Silicon Valley PCB manufacturer, seeks a QA Inspector to inspect final PCBA and ensure adherence to customer specifications. You will verify hardware installation, inspect for defects per IPC-A-610, and document results.

The role requires 3-5 years in PCB quality inspection, familiarity with ISO 9001/ QS9000, and ability to read drawings and BOMs; ProCim software experience is a plus. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a quality inspector or auditor in PCB industry.
• Ability to read IPC 610 and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs at final QA to ensure all quality requirements are met.
• Verify installation of hardware on assemblies and documentation.
• Inspect populated PCBs for component placement, value, and orientation per IPC-A-610.
