Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fine components.
• Ability to distinguish colors and fine circuit detail.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
• Perform detailed inspections of PCB assemblies using magnification.
• Verify conformance with measurement tools and test equipment.
• Operate AOI equipment.
• Document inspection results and report non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.
