Tecomet, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector II to perform advanced inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.

The role focuses on following procedures, recording inspection data, and identifying potential non-conformances while collaborating with production teams to uphold product quality. Responsibilities include first piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision instruments

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three years' quality inspector experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with production teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct basic visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform inspections of machined/manufactured products with very close tolerances using precision instruments.
• Conduct first piece, in-process and final inspections per customer/company specifications.
• Use equipment such as comparator, toolmaker microscopes, contour reader, etc.
• Check drawings, prints, and specifications for dimensional requirements.
• Notify supervisor of failures to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare inspection papers.
• Move materials as necessary and keep work area clean and safe.
• Follow company rules and maintain quality standards.
